Effective Date: December 26, 2025
These Service Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Arrowscape Lawn Care Services LLC (“Contractor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) — including but not limited to lawn care, mowing and edging, property cleanups (such as Property Refresh), landscape maintenance, trimming, irrigation checks, and any other service we perform for the customer, property owner, or authorized party approving service (“Owner,” “customer,” or “you”).
By approving an estimate, requesting or scheduling service, electronically accepting service, providing payment information, providing a card on file, or allowing work to begin, Owner agrees to these Terms.
We provide only the services specifically listed in the approved estimate, invoice, service package, written service description, or written approval. Anything not specifically listed is not included.
Estimates are based on visible property conditions and the information available at the time quoted. If actual conditions differ from what was visible, described, photographed, or represented, we may revise pricing, change the scope of work, require additional services, or decline service.
Recurring services are performed on the agreed schedule, such as weekly or biweekly, and continue until canceled by either party.
Service dates are approximate and may shift due to weather, route efficiency, holidays, equipment issues, safety concerns, access issues, or other operational factors.
We operate on route-based scheduling and don’t guarantee a specific arrival time unless agreed in writing.
A card on file is required before service begins for all jobs, including recurring maintenance, one-time services, and project work.
Payment is due upon completion of each service visit unless otherwise agreed in writing, and may be made by card or cash.
Owner authorizes us to charge the payment method on file for completed services, recurring visits, approved add-ons, and other authorized charges. For recurring service, Owner authorizes us to charge the payment method on file for each scheduled visit until service is canceled.
If payment is declined or not made when due, Owner agrees to provide valid replacement payment promptly.
Balances unpaid after seven (7) days may result in paused or canceled service. Balances unpaid after thirty (30) days may be sent to collections or otherwise pursued as allowed by law, and Owner agrees to pay reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law.
Owner may request cancellation or rescheduling with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice before the scheduled service window whenever possible. This applies to both one-time services and recurring visits.
Recurring service remains active until canceled. Owner may cancel recurring service before the next scheduled visit.
If locked gates, unsecured pets, or other access issues prevent certain areas from being serviced, we may complete only the accessible areas, and the visit may still be charged at the full scheduled rate since the time was reserved and the visit was attempted.
We may adjust pricing for recurring or future services with at least fourteen (14) days’ notice.
Pricing may also be adjusted immediately if property conditions, labor, scope, disposal needs, access limitations, route factors, or other service factors materially differ from the original estimate.
We may delay, skip, shorten, reschedule, or modify service due to weather, unsafe conditions, restricted access, equipment limitations, municipal restrictions, or other conditions beyond our control.
Owner is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all service areas, including unlocked gates, secured pets, clear entry instructions, and removal of obstacles that interfere with service.
If access is restricted or unsafe, we may skip affected areas, perform only accessible portions of the work, reschedule service, or charge for the visit if travel time, route allocation, or partial service has already occurred.
Pricing for any service assumes the property is in the condition represented or visible at the time of quoting.
If a property is overgrown, has excessive weeds, debris, pet waste, storm debris, sanitation issues, or other conditions that increase labor or disposal needs beyond what was quoted, we may charge an additional fee, reduce or modify the scope, require a cleanup or reset service first, or decline service.
For properties accepted based on limited information, photographs, instant pricing, or simplified quoting, we may reassess the property after the first service visit.
If the property is materially larger, more complex, more overgrown, or more labor-intensive than originally assumed, we may adjust future pricing, require a first-time cleanup or reset service, modify the scope, or discontinue service.
A service visit is considered complete when the tasks included in the approved scope are substantially performed under the conditions reasonably available at the time of service.
We’re not required to perform work in unsafe, obstructed, locked, flooded, unstable, unsanitary, or otherwise impractical areas for the visit to be considered complete.
Each service includes cleanup of debris created by that service and blowing off accessible hard surfaces in active work areas, unless otherwise noted in the approved scope.
Services do not include full-property blowouts, heavy leaf removal, bulk haul-away, storm cleanup, large debris removal, off-site disposal, or non-service-related debris unless specifically listed in the approved estimate or service description.
Owner is responsible for identifying and clearly marking hidden or non-obvious items that may be affected by service, including irrigation lines, wiring, lighting, hoses, drain covers, decorations, and similar features.
We’re not responsible for damage to hidden, unmarked, improperly installed, poorly maintained, or non-visible items.
Owner is also responsible for removing or securing fragile, loose, valuable, or breakable items from work areas before service.
Any irrigation check included in a service is limited to obvious, visible concerns. It is not a full irrigation inspection and does not include diagnostics, repairs, adjustments, materials, or coverage testing.
We may photograph or otherwise document site conditions, access issues, overgrowth, completed work, visible damage, skipped areas, and related service conditions for internal records, quality control, billing support, dispute resolution, service verification, and marketing.
We don’t guarantee any specific growth rate, weed-free condition, turf color, plant health result, drainage result, or cosmetic outcome unless expressly stated in writing.
We’re not responsible for plant or lawn decline caused by irrigation deficiencies, heat, drought, pests, disease, soil conditions, drainage, weather, pre-existing neglect, improper watering, or other conditions outside our control.
Where a service includes limited spot treatment of isolated visible weeds, that treatment helps reduce visible weeds but does not guarantee full weed elimination or prevent future weed growth.
Additional work requested or approved by Owner by text, email, phone, invoice, estimate acceptance, on-site approval, or other written or verbal authorization may be billed separately as add-on work.
Additional requests outside the approved scope may require separate approval and pricing.
Just as Owner is free to cancel service at any time, we may pause, reschedule, decline, or step away from a job for unsafe conditions, repeated late payment, abusive conduct, repeated access problems, unsanitary conditions, out-of-scope conditions, or any situation that makes the job impractical or unreasonably risky.
Owner remains responsible for payment for services already performed.
Owner agrees that estimates, invoices, approvals, scheduling confirmations, service updates, and payment-related communications may be sent electronically, including by text, email, payment platform, or CRM system.
Electronic approvals, messages, estimate acceptances, and payment authorizations may be used to confirm service authorization to the extent permitted by law.
Arrowscape Lawn Care Services LLC may use phone calls, text messages, and emails to communicate with customers about estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, billing, customer support, and other service-related communications.
By providing a phone number, requesting service, approving an estimate, scheduling service, or otherwise communicating with us, Owner agrees that we may contact Owner by phone call, text message, or email for these purposes.
Message frequency may vary depending on the customer’s requests, scheduled services, account activity, and service needs. Message and data rates may apply.
For help, Owner may reply HELP or contact us at arrowscapelawncare@gmail.com or (602) 284-9583.
Owner may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of text messages may limit our ability to provide scheduling updates, service reminders, invoices, or other timely communications. Owner remains responsible for reviewing estimates, invoices, payment requests, and service communications sent through other available methods.
