Obvious leaks, unusual wet or dry areas, stressed plants, and visible irrigation problems are called out when they're noticed. Periodic irrigation checks help catch watering issues before they become expensive plant problems.
Clean edging, blowing, weed attention, trimming, debris cleanup, and routine maintenance are handled as one complete property-care visit — not a rushed mow-and-blow pass.

Periodic irrigation checks help catch issues that may not be obvious during normal maintenance. More involved diagnostics, repairs, or irrigation modifications are quoted separately.

No. Most visits don't require you to be present. You'll receive an update if something at the property needs your attention.
