The approved scope is handled as a complete property-care visit. Individual tasks rotate or receive attention as needed and do not necessarily happen every time.

Service frequency

The right schedule depends on the property.

  • Weekly: best when turf, weeds, growth, seasonal conditions, or appearance expectations need frequent attention.
  • Every two weeks: available for qualifying properties that remain within routine scope between visits.
  • Other approved schedules: monthly or another schedule may be available after review when the landscape can reasonably stay in scope.

No. The visit has a consistent standard, but tasks rotate according to growth, season, plant need, property condition, and the approved scope.

Are periodic irrigation checks included?

Yes. Visual watering awareness and periodic irrigation checks help catch obvious leaks, unusual wet or dry areas, plant stress, and other visible trouble.

Are irrigation repairs included?

No. Diagnostics, leak repair, valves, solenoids, emitters, parts, broken lines, controller troubleshooting, system modifications, and involved diagnostics are quoted separately. Quick accessible adjustments that need no parts may be handled when appropriate.

Do you trim every shrub every visit?

No. Routine touch-ups rotate according to growth and plant need. Major trimming or work beyond safe ground access up to approximately 8.5 feet is separately scoped.

What if my property is already overgrown?

Heavy overgrowth, dense weeds, excess debris, or catch-up work usually needs an initial property cleanup or reset before recurring service begins.

Can I choose weekly or every two weeks?

Weekly service is best for properties that need frequent attention. Every-two-week service is available for qualifying properties that can stay within routine scope between visits.

Do you offer monthly care?
