Terms of Service

Arrowscape Lawn Care Services LLC

Service Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 6, 2026

These Service Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Arrowscape Lawn Care Services LLC (“Arrowscape,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for the customer, property owner or authorized person approving the work (“you”). Services may include recurring property maintenance, mowing and edging, property cleanups and resets, trimming, irrigation services, artificial-turf care and separately approved specialty work.

Paid work begins only after you approve its scope and price in writing and we confirm the service arrangements. Acceptable written approval includes an approved Jobber quote, text, email or another recorded written approval that clearly identifies the work and price. An exact written spending allowance may authorize additional work as described in Section 16.

Submitting an inquiry, selecting a website option, requesting an estimate or assessment, choosing a preferred appointment, scheduling an unapproved service, providing payment information or adding a card does not by itself authorize paid work or a charge. Merely allowing access does not replace approval of the work and price. If an assessment has a fee, that fee and scope must be approved before the assessment.

These terms apply prospectively to arrangements that expressly accept this version. Publishing or linking to this page does not retroactively replace an existing accepted customer-specific agreement. Existing scope, prices, frequency, payment exceptions, written inclusions and prior accepted promises remain as agreed unless an individual change is reviewed and approved. See Section 21.

1. Services and serviced areas

We provide the work specifically identified in your approved quote or other written scope and price approval, including its stated recurring-care inclusions. Before a quote is sent, we identify the property and actual serviced areas, such as the front yard, backyard, specified lawn areas or individually listed landscape areas, together with relevant exclusions. “Approved areas” means those identified areas; it does not automatically mean the entire property. An invoice records approved work and does not itself authorize new work.

For a property qualified for standard Arrowscape Property Maintenance, routine care includes mowing where applicable, edging, blowing, light debris attention, rotating shrub and small-tree touch-ups, light pulling and targeted spot spraying of scattered accessible weeds when appropriate, and routine property observation. Small amounts of herbicide used for routine targeted spot spraying are included. Tasks receive attention as needed or on the agreed rotation, not necessarily at every visit. Light weed attention does not guarantee a completely weed-free property.

Routine trimming and light lower-canopy touch-ups are limited to growth approximately 8.5 feet high that can be worked safely from the ground with normal equipment and fits the approved recurring scope. Height alone does not include every plant regardless of its size or condition. Palm trimming is not automatically included. An identified palm may be included only through its own written recurring scope, frequency and price. Ladder work, climbing, major reductions, heavy limbs, dangerous access and work outside the agreed routine scope are separately quoted or referred out.

Routine irrigation attention is described in Section 13. Initial cleanup or reset, heavy growth, dense weeds, manual weed-clearing projects, full-property chemical treatment, pre-emergent treatment, fertilization, pet-waste removal, dedicated irrigation checks, diagnostics, repairs, turf deep cleaning and excess hauling are separately quoted and approved. Other work outside the agreed scope also requires approval.

2. Estimates and approval

Estimates are based on visible conditions and the information available when we quote. You should provide accurate property information and tell us about known conditions that could affect the work, access or safety.

Standard recurring prices apply only to properties that qualify for the defined recurring scope. They are not universal prices for every property. We review property condition, scope and route fit before confirming service. If a property qualifies as described, we honor the selected recurring price. Properties with materially different workload or scope receive custom review and a separately approved price. Any required initial cleanup is quoted separately.

If conditions differ from what was visible, described, photographed or represented, we explain the difference and may propose a revised scope or price, recommend additional work or decline work we cannot safely or consistently perform. A changed price or scope does not take effect until you approve it. We do not treat an estimate, an unapproved revised invoice or a first visit as permission for unapproved additional charges.

3. Recurring service and scheduling

Recurring care has no fixed minimum term or termination fee. You may end it at any time. “No contract” recurring care means no fixed-term commitment; the approved scope, price and these accepted service terms still govern work you authorize.

Your quote specifies weekly, every-two-week or qualifying every-four-week service. Every four weeks is a 28-day cadence, not calendar monthly. Routine visits must be capable of maintaining the agreed property standard without becoming repeated cleanup projects. Tasks may rotate as needed within the approved scope.

Every-four-week care requires property review. Lawn suitability depends on growth, size, season and the agreed appearance. During active growth, a lawn may need weekly or every-two-week care or another explicitly limited, approved arrangement. Not every lawn qualifies for every-four-week maintenance.

Seasonal or other frequency changes require property review, agreement on frequency and price, available route capacity and a confirmed effective date. Changes are not automatic and may change the assigned weekday. If the selected interval cannot maintain the agreed standard, we explain the concern and recommend a workable frequency or a separately quoted reset. A limited custom arrangement requires documented scope and realistic expectations; otherwise, we may decline to continue an unsuitable arrangement.

Service dates are subject to weather, route efficiency, holidays, equipment issues, safety, access and other operational conditions. We use route-based scheduling and do not guarantee a particular arrival time unless agreed in writing. We confirm the first service date and communicate changes. A requested date or an assessment window is not confirmation of paid recurring service. Postponement or a reserved route position does not authorize a charge for unperformed service.

4. Payment and card on file

For arrangements accepting these terms, a card is securely kept on file before paid service unless a different payment arrangement is expressly agreed in writing. After you approve the quote and securely add your card, we confirm your service date and availability. Do not send card details by ordinary text or email.

After the approved service is performed, we issue the invoice and charge the stored card for the authorized amount. You receive a receipt after payment is successfully processed. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cash or another payment method may be used when agreed; an amount already paid is not charged again to the stored card.

For recurring care, you authorize charges for approved visits actually performed, at the accepted per-visit price, while the arrangement remains active. Merely scheduling, reserving time for or attempting a visit does not authorize the full visit charge. Meaningful incomplete service is handled under Section 11. Separately billed additions require Section 16 approval before work begins; the card is not blanket authorization for extras.

Adding a card or submitting a request does not itself authorize paid work or a charge. These terms establish no deposit requirement and no cancellation, trip or attempted-service fee.

5. Late or failed payments

If payment for authorized work is declined or not made when due, please provide valid replacement payment promptly. An invoice or failed-payment notice does not expand the approved scope or create a new fee.

Balances unpaid after 14 days may result in paused or canceled service. Balances unpaid after 45 days may be sent to collections or otherwise pursued as allowed by law. You remain responsible for reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law. These collection provisions do not create a cancellation, trip or attempted-service fee or authorize charges for unperformed work.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling and requested skips

You may end recurring service at any time without a termination fee. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service window to cancel or skip an upcoming visit. A cancellation received before that deadline is not charged. The same notice request applies to one-time appointments.

For less than 24 hours’ notice, we allow reasonable discretion for genuine emergencies. We do not automatically charge the full visit price when no work occurred. These terms create no late-cancellation, trip or attempted-service fee. Repeated late cancellations or disruption may require a review of route suitability or whether recurring service can continue.

Requested skips are reviewed against the property’s condition, season, growth and agreed appearance standard. When a skip is approved, the original schedule normally resumes afterward. A replacement visit, makeup visit or moved route position is not automatic. We explain when accumulated growth may exceed routine scope and require a separately quoted reset. The normal recurring price does not silently absorb substantial catch-up work caused by a skip. Repeated skips may require a frequency or service-fit review.

Cancellation does not erase amounts properly owed for previously approved work actually performed. Any meaningful incomplete service must satisfy Section 11 before charging. No new cancellation or attempted-service fee is imposed by this provision.

7. Price and scope changes

We provide reasonable advance notice of a proposed recurring-price change. Notice alone is not acceptance. The new price does not take effect until you agree in writing to the amount and effective date. If agreement is not reached, either party may discontinue future service without a termination fee.

If changed property conditions, workload, disposal needs, access, route factors or other service factors require different work, we explain the proposed scope and price before that work begins. Separately approved nonroutine work or an initial reset is its own quote; it is not an automatic increase to an already approved visit. No immediate unilateral price increase or unapproved scope reduction is authorized.

A seasonal frequency change must also meet the review, agreement, route-capacity and effective-date requirements in Section 3.

8. Weather, access, pets and delays

We may postpone or stop unsafe or impractical work because of weather, unsafe conditions, restricted access, equipment limitations, municipal restrictions or other operational conditions. This does not authorize an unapproved change in price or billable scope.

Please provide safe access, unlock required gates, secure pets, give accurate entry instructions and remove obstacles from service areas before the visit. We do not enter unsafe areas or work around an unsecured animal.

If access is blocked, we make a reasonable call or text attempt and wait only a reasonable time that does not materially disrupt the route. We perform safely accessible work only when it still provides meaningful service, and tell you what was and was not completed. Billing follows Section 11. A return visit is not automatic; availability, scope and any separate price must be confirmed first.

If Arrowscape postpones for weather or safety and no service is performed, the routine visit price is not charged. We communicate the delay promptly and provide a new expected date when reasonably possible. We complete the visit when conditions and route capacity allow, normally returning to the original weekday and recurring cadence afterward.

We avoid scheduling two visits unnecessarily close together. If a makeup would fall too close to the next regular visit, we discuss the best option with you. Normal additional growth or debris caused by our weather delay does not automatically create an extra charge. Work substantially outside routine maintenance for unrelated reasons requires a separate explanation and approval before it is performed.

9. Property condition, overgrowth and initial resets

Pricing assumes the property is in the condition represented or visible when quoted. Heavy weeds, overgrowth, accumulated debris, pet waste, storm debris, sanitation problems and other conditions may exceed routine maintenance.

When those conditions require more work, we explain the issue and propose a separately quoted cleanup, reset or other nonroutine service, a revised arrangement or a decision not to proceed. We do not automatically add a fee or substitute less work at the full approved price. Scope and price changes require approval under Sections 7, 11 and 16.

An initial reset is separate from the recurring price. It covers the specifically listed areas, tasks, materials and debris allowance. Recurring maintenance begins only after the property reaches the accepted maintenance standard and the recurring scope, frequency, price and first date are approved. Additional recovery or cleanup visits are not automatically included.

10. First service review

When acceptance relies on limited information, photographs or simplified quoting, we may review actual conditions at the first visit and reassess whether the approved arrangement is workable.

If the property is materially larger, more complex, more overgrown or more labor-intensive than represented, we explain the difference. We may recommend a separately quoted reset, a different scope, price or frequency, or discontinue future service if a workable arrangement cannot be agreed. Any proposed change requires your approval before taking effect. There is no automatic retroactive surcharge or unilateral first-visit price change. Work already performed is billed only within the approved arrangement and Section 11.

11. Service completion and incomplete visits

A completed visit means the approved scheduled work has been substantially performed. Tasks agreed to rotate or receive attention only as needed need not all be performed on every visit. We are not required to work in unsafe, obstructed, locked, flooded, unstable, unsanitary or otherwise impractical areas.

If substantially all safely accessible scheduled work is completed, the normal visit price may apply under the accepted arrangement. This is not permission to treat an omitted material part of the agreed visit as fully completed. When meaningful work is performed but service is materially incomplete, an agreed reduced scope and price are required before charging. We explain what was and was not done and document your agreement to the reduced scope and price.

If no meaningful work can be performed, we do not describe or invoice the attempt as a completed visit and do not automatically charge the normal visit price. Reserved time, travel or an attempted visit alone does not create a fee. No cancellation, trip or attempted-service fee is established by these terms.

If agreement on a reduced scope and price has not been reached, we defer charging for that incomplete visit while the matter is resolved. Separately scheduled return work requires confirmed availability, scope and price. Additional work must meet Section 16 before it begins.

12. Cleanup and debris

Unless the approved scope says otherwise, each service includes cleanup of debris created by that service and blowing off accessible hard surfaces in the active work areas. Recurring light debris attention is included as stated in the recurring scope.

Full-property blowouts, heavy leaf removal, bulk haul-away, storm cleanup, large debris removal, off-site disposal and non-service-related debris are not included unless specifically listed. An approved hauling or cleanup quote must identify the materials and included allowance, relevant capacity or weight limits, loading work and disposal fees. Extra material or work requires separate approval; an undefined “half load” or “full load” does not establish an unlimited allowance.

13. Irrigation, hidden items and work areas

Please identify and clearly mark known hidden or non-obvious items that may be affected by work, including irrigation lines, wiring, lighting, hoses, drains and decorations. Remove or secure fragile, loose, valuable or breakable items in work areas.

We are not responsible for damage attributable to hidden, unmarked, improperly installed, poorly maintained or non-visible items to the extent permitted by law. This provision does not excuse responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or override an expressly agreed workmanship obligation.

Approved routine recurring irrigation attention includes visual observation and quick, accessible, no-parts adjustments that can reasonably be completed during the visit, such as repositioning an accessible emitter or a simple agreed controller adjustment. Important controller programming is not changed without your knowledge or an existing agreed watering plan.

Routine attention is not a systematic zone test, diagnostic investigation or full coverage inspection. Troubleshooting, hidden-leak location, replacing parts, repairing lines, valves or wiring, digging and other repair work require separate scope and price approval. Dedicated checks, diagnostic visits and repairs are separately quoted; their included zones, tasks, price unit and any approved credit or workmanship coverage are governed by their service-specific agreement. No dedicated check is invoiced before completion.

14. Photos and documentation

We may photograph or document site conditions, access problems, overgrowth, completed work, visible damage, skipped areas and related service conditions for internal records, quality control, billing support, dispute resolution and service verification.

Any marketing use must comply with our Privacy Policy, applicable law and any required permission. Operational documentation does not by itself establish consent for a use that requires separate permission.

15. Plant health and service results

We do not guarantee a specific growth rate, completely weed-free condition, turf color, plant-health result, drainage result or cosmetic outcome unless expressly stated in the approved written scope. We are not responsible for plant or lawn decline caused by irrigation deficiencies, heat, drought, pests, disease, soil conditions, drainage, weather, pre-existing neglect, improper watering or other conditions outside our control.

Light routine pulling or spot treatment helps address scattered accessible weeds; it does not promise full-property chemical treatment or prevent future weed growth. Heavy infestation, full-property treatment, pre-emergent, specialty products and treatment programs are separately quoted and approved. Materials beyond the small routine spot-spray allowance require separate approval.

Artificial-turf cleaning does not promise permanent odor elimination or unlimited free retreatment. Added infill is separate unless its type and quantity are expressly included.

Please report a missed area or concern with our artificial-turf cleaning workmanship within 48 hours after completion. If the concern falls within the approved cleaning scope, we will inspect it and correct our missed work or workmanship as appropriate. This does not guarantee permanent odor elimination or cover drainage, base conditions, new contamination, continued pet use or conditions outside the approved scope.

These general limits do not remove an expressly approved service-specific follow-up, diagnostic credit, repair-workmanship commitment or other written service promise. Those obligations remain governed by their accepted scope and conditions.

16. Additions, extra work and emergency concerns

Separately priced work or a material change to approved work requires documented written approval of its scope and price before work begins. Approval may be an approved Jobber quote, text, email or another recorded written approval clearly identifying the work and price. A verbal request, invoice or assumption that you would want the work is not enough.

You may establish a written preapproved spending allowance that states the exact scope and dollar limit. Work may proceed without another message only when it stays within both. An allowance for one issue is not general permission for unrelated work.

If we cannot reach you, we complete the original safe approved scope, document the concern, defer extra work and send the recommended scope and price for approval. Reasonable emergency action is limited to preventing an immediate safety or property-damage concern when possible; it does not authorize broader repairs or create an automatic emergency charge. Broader work still requires approval.

17. Right to decline or discontinue service

Just as you may end recurring service at any time without a termination fee, we may pause, reschedule, decline or discontinue work because of unsafe conditions, repeated late payment, abusive conduct, repeated access problems, unsanitary conditions, work outside our capabilities or approved scope, or other conditions that make service impractical or unreasonably risky.

We communicate the decision and any proposed next steps. This right does not authorize unapproved charges or erase applicable workmanship commitments. You remain responsible for approved work actually performed, subject to the incomplete-service rule in Section 11.

18. Electronic communications and records

Quotes, invoices, approvals, scheduling confirmations, service updates and payment communications may be delivered electronically, including by Jobber, text or email. We retain the written approval of scope, price and any accepted changes with the service record.

Electronic approvals and records may document service authorization as permitted by law. Receiving a message, opening a link, submitting a request or adding a card does not itself replace the written approval required for paid work. Contact us if you need help accessing a quote or arranging another recorded written approval method.

19. Text messaging and contact

We may use phone calls, text messages and emails for estimates, scheduling, reminders, service updates, invoices, payment support and other service-related communications, subject to applicable consent requirements and your communication preferences. Merely giving us a phone number or requesting information does not waive any separate consent required by law. Marketing messages require any applicable separate permission and are not authorized merely by accepting paid service.

Message frequency varies with your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact arrowscapelawncare@gmail.com or (602) 284-9583. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or by otherwise clearly telling us through a reasonable available communication method that you no longer want text messages. We will honor the request as required by applicable law.

Opting out may limit text-based updates. We can discuss another available communication method; you remain responsible for reviewing quotes, invoices and other necessary communications delivered through agreed available channels and for paying authorized amounts owed. Opting out does not itself approve or cancel paid work; contact us through an available channel to change service.

20. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the serviced property is located. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms waives a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived.

21. Agreement, version and existing customers

The accepted quote, identified serviced areas, written service-specific inclusions and exclusions, accepted price, approved changes and the version of these terms provided for acceptance form the service agreement. An invoice records amounts due under that agreement and does not itself add obligations. If a general provision conflicts with an expressly accepted service-specific provision, the specific provision controls to the extent permitted by law.

Before acceptance, we provide or identify the applicable terms version. A later website edit does not silently amend an accepted agreement. Publication is not customer acceptance.

Existing accepted customer-specific arrangements and previously promised qualifying prices are preserved. These replacement terms do not retroactively change previous work, accepted quotes, recurring prices, scope, frequency, payment exceptions or approved inclusions. A change to an existing arrangement requires individual review and documented agreement, including its effective date. Continuing to receive already-approved service does not by itself accept a new terms version.

For new arrangements accepting this version, written approval of the stated scope and price authorizes that work under these terms. A request, preferred booking date or stored card alone does not.
